Product images and descriptions are provided to help you choose; prices and availability may change, and the price shown at checkout for your order is the price that applies to that order.
Placing and confirming an order
To place an order, add products to your bag, complete checkout with your name, mobile number and delivery address, and choose a payment method. Orders are confirmed after payment / order placement as follows:
Cash on Delivery (COD): your order is confirmed after you place the order and pay the ₹129 advance online via Razorpay. The remaining balance is paid in cash when your order is delivered. COD on this website is not full pay-on-delivery — the ₹129 advance is required.
Pay Online in Full (Razorpay): your order is confirmed after you place the order and pay the full amount via Razorpay (UPI, cards or netbanking).
When your order is placed, you will see an order number on the confirmation screen. Please keep that order number for any questions, help or return / exchange requests. We may contact you on the mobile number you provided to confirm or update you about your order.
Payments
Online payments on this website are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking) — including the full online payment and the ₹129 COD advance. Easy Returns — how to request a return or exchange
Changed your mind, need a different size, or something is not right with your order? Start a return or exchange request using the Returns form on this website:
Open Easy Returns and enter your order number and the phone number or email used for the order;
Choose Return or Exchange, and select a reason — for an exchange, tell us the new size you need; and
Submit the request. The seller will review it and guide you on the next steps.
The Returns form is a request form — submitting it does not by itself book a pickup or approve a refund. For orders placed on Meesho, please raise the return directly in the Meesho app, as Meesho orders are separate from orders placed on this website.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order placed on this website, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp — +91 79867 93271 — with your order number. If your cancellation is approved, any amount you have already paid for that order, including the ₹129 COD advance, will be refunded as applicable, as described below.
Refunds for approved returns and cancellations
Refunds are given only for returns and cancellations that are approved by the seller.
For an approved return, the refund is processed after the product is picked up and inspected.
Approved refunds are refunded to the original payment method used for that payment.
The COD advance of ₹129 is refunded on an approved cancellation / return, as applicable.
For a COD order where only the ₹129 advance was paid, the refund, when approved, covers the amount actually paid; the unpaid delivery balance is not charged.
Refund timelines
Refund timelines are as per seller confirmation. After your return or cancellation is approved, the seller will confirm the applicable refund timeline to you on WhatsApp — +91 79867 93271 — using the mobile number you provided for your order. If you have not received an update, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will help you.
Exchanges
For an approved exchange, the replacement size is arranged after the original product is picked up and inspected, subject to availability of the requested size. If the requested size is not available, the seller will confirm the available options with you on WhatsApp, which may include a refund as described above.
